Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in it’s original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at a physical store location for return. Our Distribution Centre cannot process any store returns and your package will be returned to you. If the item was purchased at the store, it must be returned at a store.

Please note: The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. All goods will be inspected on return. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt.

Please complete the returns form and send both the returns form and the parcel to us. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. If the product is faulty the return is free of charge, we will refund you the return costs. Please make sure to keep a copy of your postage receipt!

It takes about five days for us to process your return, once we have recieved the parcel.

Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit.


Refund Time Frame

A refund will be given to the credit or debit card you used when you purchased your order.

Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 2-30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. The refund time frame is largely depending on your card acquirer or your bank.
